Job duties: Responsible for monitoring and motivating customer service agents and achieving performance objectives. Lead the team and ensure excellent customer service is being provided. Deliver feedback to the team and guide them to achieve the necessary standards of performance. Manage change in the delivery of client requirements. Lead meetings and schedule staff cover for busy periods. Achieve collections targets. Quality checking including governance of risk and compliance. Requirements: APA (Accredited Product Advisor) qualified. Experience with collections. Experience in a team leader or supervisory position. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Analytical, logical and problem-solving. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
