POSITION SUMMARY. Support the Business solution managers and deployment managers by analysis requirements and ensuring right first time deployment.Supporting the business by configuring products on company IT platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Translate requests from the business into the relevant TIA application tables in the creation of new products (NBS) and amendment of current schemas (AAR) while meeting key cycle time and quality targets. Ensure all new requests on the tracking system (Jira) are logged and also kept fully up to date with all changes & communications regarding each item of work. Work with internal stakeholders, such as IT, NBS Design Lead and Commercial to identify and implement improvements. Communicate with the business on deadlines & issues and ensure that all relevant information & data is provided for the product configuration by escalating and communicating with relevant stakeholders. Implement and support configuration changes required for ACRs, Projects etc. Complete Unit testing on all new products and any changes that are configured on the TIA application, in line with all current controls and processes. Ensure that all IT controls and processes are strictly adhered to in order to comply with all internal and external regulations in relation to deployments to various environments. Work closely with other team members to effectively communicate all requirements and transition items between work streams, promoting support of priorities across the team. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Essential Competencies: Good knowledge of the wing to wing product set up process and any associated procedures. Excellent understanding of the key functions that make up the Lifestyle Protection business and experience of working with same. Ability to manage relationships effectively and work well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, including ability to impart technical information and delivering verbal updates to non-English speaking internal stakeholders. Determination to meet required goals and objectives, and assist others to achieve these goals, within challenging deadlines. Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously and plan time according to priorities and deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for delivery of quality change requirements within agreed committed delivery dates (CDD. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Microsoft Excel, required. Knowledge of SQL Developer as used to analyse and update database tables required. Qualifications. Third-level qualification in IT or a technical related discipline is preferred. Personal Attributes. Excellent technical acumen and ability to absorb complex technical coding and data and apply it effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude. Analytical and logical mindset with an ability to see the big picture. Ability to manage conflicting timelines effectively and work well under pressure. Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment and as part of a team.
