Experienced senior Chef required for busy 4* Hotel in Co Clare. Your main role will be to prep and serve Bar Food menus and take particular responsibility for this area. Working with Head Chef you will be responsible for menu content, daily specials and ensuring the consistency and ongoing high standards of all Bar Food items served including the hygiene and cleanliness of the Bar Food kitchen.
