As a Radar Perception Engineer, and youll be part of the team thats developing the autonomous driving capabilities that will be embedded into vehicles. Youll create and develop algorithms that will perceive and model the world through radar. By applying the latest in machine learning algorithms to the automotive radar domain, youll provide the expert knowledge needed to develop our object detection and classification capabilities. This role will also see you develop ground truth data through simulations; manage real world data capture and labelling; and track key performance indicators; and more. With a focus on future projects and technologies, this is a fast moving and challenging role. WHAT YOULL NEED. Eager to learn and apply the latest machine learning innovations, youll have strong knowledge of radar, with a keen understanding of Radar Data Cube, CFAR thresholding, tracklets and radar point clouds. On top of this, youll also have previous experience using machine learning frameworks.. Youll be experienced in working with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) technologies and sensors - such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, radar, cameras and ultrasonic. Youll have a strong product development history, preferably with strong C/++ software development experience.
