Our client are a multinational medical device organisation who require a Quality Operations Manager to be based at their site in Clare. The organisation manufacture and design medical devices for a worldwide client base ranging from SMEs to multinational organisations. The Role. The incumbent Quality Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all Quality Management activities for the site. In addition, you will be required to; Liaise with customers and key external stakeholders around the design and manufacturing of the medical device products from a Quality standpoint. Make key decisions regarding to all aspects of product quality, while also providing technical support to cross-functional divisions. Drive high performance throughout the Quality Engineering team, along with ensuring there is a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team. Lead both internal and external audits. The Person. As the Quality Operations Manager you will require 6-8 years' experience within a similar position in the medical device industry. This should include significant people management experience along with a proven ability to lead and influence.
