A Junior Buyer/Purchasing Adminastrator is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Clare based client. This is a permanent role with an expanding manufacturing company. Salary circa €26k. REQUIREMENTS: * Some experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer/ Junior Buyer or similar role. * Good understanding of supply chain procedures. * Track orders and ensure timely delivery. * Update internal databases with order details. * Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices. * Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders. * Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. * To be able to understand and speak English to a high standard in order to liaise with suppliers.
