The Security Analyst will ensure that AXA Partners CLP security controls are aligned company and industry security standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk of data loss and enforce strong protection for CLP and Partners assets. Ensure prompt monitoring and efficient resolution of all data security audit findings and recommendations. Work closely with other functions to validate and enforce suitable information security requirements. Key Responsibilities. Investigating security incidents and provide support as part of CLP CSIRT team. Develop and maintain security documentation, processes and procedures. Perform penetration testing (ethical hacking) and vulnerability scans. Monitor effectiveness of security controls and technologies, build and manage operations security dashboards. Produce suitable training and awareness material, run Security Awareness and Training programs. Provide BAU support for security technologies and controls. Keep up to date with the latest industry security standards. Provide expert advice on suitable security controls and technologies to protect CLP assets. Initiate and run data-driven process improvement initiatives to reduce risk data loss. Skills and Experience. Required: Minimum 3 years of proven incident response and penetration testing experience. Strong understanding of cyber-threats, experience with common incident response tools and technologies. Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 Risks and SANS Top 25 Programming Errors. Strong problem solving skills, experience with preparing security reports and presenting to senior Management. Sound knowledge of TCP/IP networking and CLP technologies. Solid understanding of technical aspects of software development life cycle. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, and the ability to work withhighly confidentialdocuments and information. Desired: A 3rd level qualification, Computer Science or a related discipline. Knowledge of software programming and scripting languages and applying this knowledge.
