Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for 6-month contract with Ennis based multinational client. Job Responsibilities: • Work as part of Customer Service team to ensure that all customer issues are proactively resolved and tracked to closure. • Tracking and expediting of customer order in line with agreed shipping schedule. • Receiving and confirming ship date for customer orders. • Review all orders for completeness and accuracy to ensure they are processed, manufactured, and shipped as per customer requirements and that systems are up to date to reflect latest information. • Update and issue of department report as per agreed process. • Work with teams/depts across the organisation, to schedule and ship orders in line with customer commit dates and lead times. • Report to Team Leader weekly on backlog, pending queries, and work with Team Leader to resolve issues in assigned area. Competencies: • Minimum 1-2 years order management experience, ideally working in a multinational manufacturing organisation. • Ability to work with minimum direction both independently and as part of team. • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to show initiative and an innovative approach to developing solutions. • Must be self motivated, with strong work ethic, flexible and available outside of regular working hrs to support business requirements at period end. *Strong IT & ERP knowledge and experience. eFlexes is an equal opportunities employer.
