A multinational organization is looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor to join their facility in Clare. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned employees to achieve the required quality and production goals. The role: Develop and promote a Continuous Improvement work environment. Implement and support Six Sigma & lean manufacturing techniques. Develop and execute daily recovery plans for any missed production metrics. Maintain department and HR records for assigned employees. Provide the shift to shift communication link in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals. Monitor the operations safety program and insure that all employees comply with safety regulations. Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s diploma in Management, Engineering or related disciplines (equivalent background considered. Minimum 4 years working in a manufacturing environment with 2 years as Production Supervisor. Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
