The purpose of the role is to administer and manage the Time & Attendance function for all Business Units across the organisation. The role will initially involve overseeing the implementation of Clockwise Time Attendance system in conjunction with the HR team. The role includes inputting data into the appropriate systems, monitoring the systems, producing reports and making recommendations on implementing efficiencies within the HR Systems. Duties and Responsibilities. Set-up and design of Clockwise Attendance System. Update Clockwise with Time and Attendance details on a daily basis for all Business Units across the company. Assist with the design, development and output of newrosters to meet operational requirements of the business. Reconcile all deviations from daily plan and update clockwise records accordingly. Transfer data from daily change/amendments sheets to Clockwise system. Allocate annual leave and flexi leave in accordance with agreed guidelines. Produce agreed monthly reports on absenteeism, and any other ad hoc reports as requested by the Manager of the department or the business. Collating and recording holiday records for staff. HR Metrics collation and administration. Including providing data to the business for implementation of monthly budget requirements. (i.e. monthly FTE figures etc. Records and data management for employee HR files. Ensuring T&A file is prepared for payroll on a weekly/ fortnightly basis. HR Oracle set up for all employee life cycle. Internal administrative/advisory/practical customer support service to managers across the full range of HR services. Key Competencies and Skills. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Experience with a major HRM or Time and Attendance Platform (preferably Clockwise. Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills. Computer Skills (Advanced level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Human Resources and payroll rules. Working knowledge of Oracle HR (desirable. Project Management experience. Excellent communication skills. Qualifications. 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. Degree in Business/ Information Technology. Proven experience implementing HR Systems.
