I have afantastic opportunity for a recent Graduateor someone with 6 months + office experience based in Clare. My client is looking for a well organised and reliable person with good communication skills and good time management. The successful applicantwill be working in a team with other staff members assisting them with any training requirements, data entry and general office administrator duties. The use of office management software systems will be required, training on these systems will be provided. Main Duties: Verification of customer contact list. Data Entry - Update training record database. Scanning of paperwork. 4 Filing (electronically. Prepare and issuing material to customers. Any other ad hoc admin duties. Skills and Qualification: • Experience in data entry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Access, MS Excel & MS Word in particular.) • Very Good computer skills.
