Project Manager. Clare. DOE. Tier 2 Contractor. A leading Irish Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager for projects in Clare/Limerick region at present. The appointed project manager will have extensive project management experience in construction project management. The ideal project manager will satisfy the following criteria; Degree Qualified in a relevant area such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering. Additional studies in Project Management such as post graduate diploma, masters or PMP certification a bonus but not a limiting factor. 7 years relevant construction management experience. Experience on commercial and residential projects essential for this role. Ideally has worked from site level to management level with a Main Contractor. Project Management experience monitoring projects in excess of 1m. Experience with coordination from design to final handover stages. Excellent communication skills. Keen to excel within a medium sized growing enterprise. Ideally based in the locality of the projects in Limerick/Clare.
