All candidates require current legal status to work in Ireland. Proven ability to lead and work under pressure and meet deadline. Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant or 4/5* Hotel as Restaurant Manager. Minimum 3 years experience in a management leadership role. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume Hotel. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, positive attitude. 20 years experience in Hospitality Management recruitment focusing on the Hotel Sector.
