Restaurant Manager required, Busy 4* Hotel in Clare/ Limerick commute region. Ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a similar role...ie. 4* Hotel or upmarket Restaurant. All candidates require current legal status to work in Ireland. Proven ability to lead and work under pressure and meet deadline. Experience in Restaurant or 4* Hotel as Restaurant Manager. Minimum 3 years experience in a management leadership role. Progressive career experience in similar style, quality, volume Hotel. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, positive attitude. Experience in Sales and Marketing, launching a new outlet is preferred. 20 years experience in Hospitality Management recruitment focusing on the Hotel Sector.
