Shannon based company is looking for an Accounts Administrator for a 6 month periodResponsibilities: Day-to-day management of key debtor account. Maintain up to date billing by entering customer invoices to portal in a timely manner. Reconcile Customer Accounts. Minimization of outstanding amounts by using own initiative to resolve disputed amounts in a timely manner. Preparing Aging lists and take pro-active actions on delinquent accounts. Assisting with month end reporting. Assisting with day to day finance activities and general ad hoc duties as they arise. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Certificate in Accounting or equivalent (QQI level 6) is desirable. 1-2 years administration experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook. Strong organisational, communication & presentation skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
