Ideal profile: Previous support experience in a busy, fast paced environment answering clients technical queries. Strong customer interaction skills particularly over the phone. Previous experience of using various software systems. Strong bug fixing skills. A Self Starter who can work on their own initiative. Good troubleshooting ability. Previous experience in the Logistics or transport industry dealing with customers is essential. The role: Answering incoming technical queries from clients via phone and via email. Liaising between internal and external customer to resolve queries. Building relationships with the customer base.
