Description

Key Account Manager - Healthcare: County Clare. In this role you will own the commercial relationship with assigned key customers, focus on growing and developing all new opportunities to increase revenue. Ensure that customer satisfaction is extremely high and act as an extension of the customer within the company, ensuring that the customer point of view is put across internally. Continually review the supply chain for process improvements. Main Tasks and Responsibilities : Operational- • Act as the key interface between the client, all relevant products and business units including HR, Finance and IT, as well as communicating with overseas locations. • Instil cross-functional working. • Proactively assess and validate the client’s needs on an ongoing basis, deliver continuous improvement plan and value added solutions. • To be onsite with customers as required. Customer Services- • Build strong relationships with customers. • Co-ordinate and drive internal alignment to meet customer performance objectives and expectations. • Maintain high client satisfaction ratings. • Maintain relationships with operations to help drive customer requirements and being aware of challenges within the business. Administration- • Create a strategic business growth plan, by client, for all opportunities. • MBR / QBR creation including presenting KPI stats. • Provide regular updates to both the Vertical Head, Business sponsor and wider business. People Management- • Indirectly the customer service teams, and support functions. Financial Management- • To create, manage and achieve a client by client budget, including revenue and GP growth plans. • To ensure that agreed rates exist and are updated for all business. • Look for win-win solutions with your clients. • Support of Finance/Accounting department in case of unsettled invoices. Occupational H&S- • Take reasonable care of your own and others peoples Health & Safety in the workplace. • Report hazards in your work or in your work environment that may be putting your or anyone else’s Health & Safety at risk. Interested applicants should have the following experience and knowledge: • Excellent relationship-building skills. • Identifying new growth opportunities. • Ability to demonstrate win-win scenarios. • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time efficiently is essential. • Good presentation and MBR/QBR preparation skills. • Ability to formulate plans from complex data or scenarios. • Industry experience from a “client” perspective. • Sales development and relationship management. • Able to work successfully on own, but also as part of a team. • Superb communicator and networker. • Ability to maintain long term professional relationships.
