Our ideal candidate will bring a great attitude, will be familiar with work in a profession food production environment. The role includes pre production, preparation, tempering chocolate, making ganaches, pipping truffles to achieve production targets. Responsibilities: Prep of chocolate moulds for production. Tempering of chocolate. Production of chocolate bars, meeting daily production targets. Preparing cacao beans for bean to bar process. Making truffles. Making pastry & baking would be a bonus. Requirements: Experience on factory line work. Willingness to work hard and do whatever is required (e.g. sweep floors, wash dishes, lift heavy items. Extremely proactive and detail-oriented -- doesn’t take short-cuts even when others might not notice. Great communication skills -- a good listener who asks questions when something doesn’t make sense. Takes ownership of their own personal development and learning. Provides and welcomes the opportunity to receive feedback.
