FAIR WAGE, NO LATE HOURS, NO SPLIT SHIFTS. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of cafe and retail, chocolate production. Organise staff on daily tasks, monitor and achieve targets set out by management. Able to lead & motivate. You aren’t intimidated by a long line of excited people and you love making staff more efficient in downtime and sales focused so you’re ready for the busy period. Requirements: Experience in cafe / restaurant environment. Phenomenal interpersonal and leadership skills: you should be able to develop a quick rapport with customers by detailing our chocolate making process and why you relate to it, inspiring guests to learn more about chocolate! Manage day to day operations. Organise and lead weekly and monthly production and target meetings. Develop the expertise to answer potential questions from thousands of visitors and regulars from in house training within 2 weeks. Manage admin responsibilities. 2-3 years of experience making espresso drinks is a huge plus and hospitality. Familiarity with a fast-paced work environment. 1-2 years of as supervisor in a retail or customer-facing employment. Proven ability to work well within a team environment.
