Primary functions are including but not limited to stockroom inventory control, material delivery to production area and accurate materials movements within the plant and packing, shipping and processing of finished goods. Receive POs from suppliers into stock. Ensure Cycle Counts are current in Area of Responsibility and support as required. Lead inventory control within assigned work center. Use the SAP system to reconcile inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy above 98%. Use the SAP system to root cause inventory and production order variance anomalies and update consumption issues. Pick parts based on production reservations and requirements and deliver to the production cell in an efficient manner. Expedite material through receiving and inspection as needed for WIP jobs. Kit large order jobs in advance of assembly and maintain the order and inventory integrity in advance of manufacturing. Partner with the responsible buyer to resolve delivery issues that prevent parts from being received, such as price and quantity issues. Verification Production Orders prior to packing. Review sales orders for customer specific shipping requirements. Create Sap deliveries for Sales Orders. Pack sales orders as required. Process and create final shipping documentation. Qualifications/Requirements: Educated to Leaving Certificate level or equivalent knowledge and experience. Proven years experience in manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft office. Previous Sap experience an advantage. Desired Characteristics: Demonstrated ability to work with minimal written or verbal instruction. Ability to work on a wide variety of differing tasks on a day to day basis to include but not limited to receiving, kitting, cycle counting, packing assembly. Flexibility to work overtime as required after normal shift or on weekends as needs dictate. Must be willing to raise conflicting priorities to the appropriate level for resolutionE Shipping.
