I'm looking for experienced and career-orientated Duty Manager's to join some very successful properties. This hands-on role will be ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional with an excellent track record, who has excellent attention to detail, is standards driven and possesses a real passion for the hospitality industry. Under the general guidance and direction of the General Manager and Operations Manager, the successful applicant will oversee all operations to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel and guest satisfaction. In addition the Duty Manager will be required to oversee and assit with training of all food and beverage staff to ensure the requisite operational and service standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-3 years senior supervisory or management experience, great customer service focus, and have excellent communication skills.
