The successful candidate will be fully responsible for daily operations of the Visitor Centre and the delivery of a world class visitor experience to all visitors. Key tasks will include: Management of the team on duty; Preparation of daily roster; Cash reconciliation; Liaise with tenant companies and suppliers; Management of health and safety; and. Overall service delivery. Key attributes sought: Proven track record in supervisory management and leadership skills in operations; Strong work ethic with multi-task flexibility; Excellent leadership and motivational skills; Excellent customer services skills; High level of numeracy with strong cash handling experience; Project management skills and experience desirable; and. P.C. Skills with good keyboard skills and Microsoft Office proficient. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. Applicants should have a full, clean driving licence. This position will be operational on a seven day a week basis according to the monthly published roster in advance with extended hours at certain times according to seasonal business requirements.
