Our client, a major US Multinational has an exceptional opportunity for an Order Management Supervisor/Team Leader to join their team in Clare. They are leaders in software design solutions. This is an excellent an opportunity, positions with this company do not come up very often. The reason this role has become available is due to internal career progression. The team you will be managing are very well established and have been with the company on average 8 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for 15 to 20 Customer Order Management Analysts. This is a very interesting and diverse role, on a global scale. The successful will have experience leading a team, be naturally organised, smart, energetic, enthusiastic, a creative problem solver who can make decisions independently. Supervise and develop a regional team of Customer Order Management Analysts to achieve excellent customer service success while adhering to global policies and procedures. Supervise and lead employees to consistently achieve team objectives by hiring, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports; and develop an effective, high performing team. Develop processes to support corporate strategies, procedures, policies, project implementation and delivery strategies on a global basis. Regional point of contact for Field Management, Legal, Credit, Finance, Customer Support, Consulting, Procurement, Information Technologies and external customers such as Distributors and Affiliates. Effectively analyse and report on operational, revenue and order backlog information and authorization code delivery activity. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to COM Analysts and Sales Co-ordinators. Responsible for order fulfilment and product licensing for external customers in support of multiple Field Sales Offices, Distributors, Affiliates and Mentor Graphics Corporate. Actively participate and influence the definition of and lead global projects of a complex and technical nature (e.g. System upgrade, new process or infrastructure implementation. Job Qualifications. Previous experience managing teams as a Team Leader or Supervisor. International experience, dealing with customers/distributors from around the world. Experience in project / integration / program / change management in a similar operations environment. A strong desire to grow in a leadership role and influence across teams and regions.
