Position Summary. Reporting to the Senior Analyst, this role will have responsibility for delivering a detailed and effective set of management information to support the Operations team and the provision of timely and accurate Partner management information. Supporting the Senior Analyst in the meeting the information needs of the Operations and Commercial functions to support client demands. This role will have responsibility for delivering a detailed and effective set of management information to support the Operations team and the provision of timely and accurate Partner management information. Key Responsibilities. Work on the design and development of consolidated Operational Management Information and be responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly production of same. Effective analyses and production of the required management information to help support the business and Commercial Growth. Develop reporting in conjunction with Operations leaders to understand the business and to help identify areas for process improvement. Develop & Enhance MI dashboards and key Loss Mitigation extracts to ensure that they accurately reflect the client and business needs. Review all existing dashboards for usefulness and effectiveness with the goal to develop a more streamline and business serving suite of reports. Develop real-time reporting (sustainable and scalable) to drive operational performance. Deliver adhoc dashboards and MI requirements as required. Technical/Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Demonstrable experience within a management information role. Ability to build relationships at a senior level and a proactive, credible approach is essential. Experience of high volume data analytics with a proven track record in change management. Strong analytical and numeracy skills with an ability to simplify complex reporting when communicating outside immediate team. Experience of using analytic tools and methods for e.g. SAS, Qlik. Advanced Excel, SQL and PowerPoint skills. Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience. Relevant Degree or experience. Good knowledge of best in class business reporting practices. 5 years+ business experience in multi-national environment.
