Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work to develop content strategy & pillars that deliver on the company brand values. Develop an editorial calendar to attract a relevant audience to attractions using content including blog posts, ebooks, infographics etc. Lead digital KPI tracker including PPC, social & display performance. Identify, track and report on SEO performance. Creating content on a daily basis across websites which include sales pages, blog posts, ebooks, videos, events etc. Creating and implementing plans to distributing content across social channels. Develop and building campaigns for promotions/events we want to run. Deliver on ambitious growth targets for the CRM database driving acquisition, open rates & click through rates through compelling, timely & relevant content. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role and ideally in a tourism or product/brand business. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related Business degree. Experienced in data analytics and an ability to adapt digital performance based on robust insight. Previous experience working with websites that have attracted multiple demographics. Excellent communicator and creative thinker with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. Proficiency in email marketing/marketing automation. Having knowledge of Kentico is a plus. A thorough knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry.
