Our client, a leading supplier of software to the Transport, Warehouse and Logistics Sector, in Shannon, are looking for a great candidate for their IT Support and Development Role. This role will involve providing IT support to clients both by phone and email - handling queries and logging calls. This role also offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about the development and product side of the company. If you are an IT graduate, with customer service experience this may be the perfect role for you! The role will be comprised 70% customer service and 30% development. Requirements: Great communication skills - must be comfortable on the phone. Customer service/support experience. Knowledge and interest and IT, particularly development. Nice to Haves: MySQL.
