Operations Manager,4* Hotel County Clare. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join this boutique wedding venue. Due to continued success, they are expanding their senior management team. The Role: The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the hotel. Food and beverage is a core focus with Weddings making up a substantial part of the hotel offering. The successful candidate must be passionate, exercise excellent attention to detail and be committed to delivering operational excellence. The successful Operations Manager will be hands-on and have a track record of leadership and results driven performance. You will report directly to the General Manager. The Successful Candidate will: " Have 4-5 years' experience as a senior manager in a similar property. Management experience in a 4* property would be an advantage; " Experience in managing and delivering banqueting events, especially weddings, is essential. " Must possess excellent attention to detail. " A firm understanding of interpreting financial information. " Needs to be able to drive and improve delivery of our product by effective delegation to operational heads of department. " Must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to achieve results at the same time; " Needs to be able to motivate a team of managers in various departments in a very busy operation.
