Duty Manager Award Winning 4* Hotel, Co Clare. Our Award Winning 4* Hotel in Co Clare is seeking a F&B Duty Manager that will work with the management team in all areas of this amazing hotel. This is a busy boutique hotel with busy Food and Beverage Operations. The ideal candidate will have: " You will have 2-3 years Management experience in a four/five star hotel. " You will have excellent organisation and leadership skills. " You will have excellent attention to detail and high standards. " You are experienced at multi-tasking. " You have a proven track record of managing and motivating a team. " You have a flexible and adaptable approach with a friendly and approachable style. " You work to high standards with excellent attention to detail and a strong customer focus. " You are comfortable working on own initiative when needed. " Fluent English essential. " Qualified as a Graduate Manager from a recognised hospitality management course. Duties and responsibilities. " You will be responsible for Duty Management shifts. " You will oversee the smooth running of each F&B department whilst on shift. " You will deal with guests and ensuring at all times they experience the best standards of service. " You will oversee the team and support them when necessary with a 'hands on' approach. " You will plan ahead for daily/evening business needs including rotas and organisation of team. " You will assist the management team in achieving budget. " You will work with the management team to improve internal systems within the hotel when needed. " You need to have Strong Bar & Bar Service Skills. " You will need to have Strong Restaurant Services Skills. Salary 28-30K DOE.
