This newly created role has come about as a result of significant capital investment in robotics and the need to integrate the function into the business. It will suit someone who wants to control the outcome of their career as it needs a person who can provide technical expertise in automation engineering whilst ensuring continuity of production facilities on site. Main duties: Compliance with Safety, Statutory & Regulatory requirements for Electrical and Process. Technical leadership in Electrical Engineering and Automation. Delivering HT, MV and LV reticulation, Substation and MCC Maintenance. Process Control PLC debugging and programming using Allen Bradley, Siemens, SCADA and HMI configuration. Technical and operational training. Candidate Profile: 3rd level Qualification to degree level in relevant Technology Engineering. Thorough knowledge of planned Maintenance system. Proficient in Change Control Management, Root Cause Analysis. 3 to 5 years in a 24-hour continuous process maintenance function. Proven experience in Project Management; DQ, IQ, FAT, SAT, OQ and PQ. Proven experience in Electrical schematic and control loop design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial automated process control systems. Knowledge of current SCADA systems.
