SENIOR FASHION BUYER : Contact Daniella 086 7750646. Exciting Opportunity has arisen with our client a Nationwide Irish Retailer. Increase Sourcing options to provide excellent service, value and range. Target driven and constantly strive to achieve agreed targets/ KPI's. Travel both nationally and internationally on behalf of the business to optimise supplier network. Work with Senior Management in terms of the overall Company buying strategy and vision. Ensure all correct procedures are followed to facilitate efficient PO processing. Regularly carry out competitive shopping/research to stay up to date. Analyse all sales data and react accordingly. Prepare for & present regular range reviews. Control negotiations to ensure best price and margin and evaluate supply base performance. Requirements. Creative with a real passion for retail / fashion. Capable of reviewing sales reports in detail, monitoring stock levels and reacting to sales. Ability to perform under pressure and operate in a fast-past environment. A proven track record of buying internationally in a fast-moving retail environment is essential - Strong working knowledge of Chinese / Far East market.
