Production and presentation of desserts to a 5 star standard. Smooth running of the pastry kitchen. Opening and closing procedures of the pastry section. Assisting in other sections of the Resort's Kitchens when required. designing menus. Have 3rd level qualification. Have previous senior experience, preferably within a pastry kitchen at 4 or 5 star level. Have a level of high service standards that are the expectations of 5 star guests. Must be focused on standards with excellent attention to detail. Working schedule is from Monday - Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required. Full training is provided. INDDD.
