On behalf of our hospitality client we are currently recruiting a experienced Operations Manager for an award winning hotel in Co. Clare. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the hotel. The successful candidate will: Have 4-5 year' experience as a senior manager in a similar property. Experience in managing and delivering banqueting events, especially weddings, is essential. Must possess excellent attention to detail. A firm understanding of interpreting financial information. Needs to be able to drive and improve delivery of product by effective to operational heads of department. Must have excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to achieve results at the same time; Needs to be able to motivate a team of managers in various departments in a very busy operation.
