ZAGG is looking for an eCommerce Merchandiser to join our International marketing team and manage an exciting product portfolio across multiple storefronts and online platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a winning product merchandising strategy that showcases our range from Go-to-Market launch, to promotional trading, to end of life retirement. S/he will have a passion for great user experience and will enjoy evaluating and optimizing our customer journeys online. This person will bring a laser focus and attention to detail that effectively blends technical detail with compelling messaging, to drive Sales. The successful candidate will be comfortable working towards agreed KPIs and in addition, s/he will be an eCommerce trading expert within ZAGG, who will identify and communicate digital insights to the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Catalogue Management. Own and manage the eCommerce catalogue. Develop and manage process for onboarding new SKUs and retiring end-of-life products. Obsess over Product range and continually evolve and optimize our ‘digital shelf’ Monitor the allocation of stock to web, including preparing monthly forecasts. Work closely with the Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure cohesive planning, execution and evaluation of our online merchandising efforts. Manage flow of Product Information to external marketplaces, affiliates and content aggregator websites. Manage SKU Coverage on Warranty items. Assist Manager to deliver Projects as required. Customer Experience. Merchandise Homepages, landing pages and key cross-sell opportunities onsite. Collaborate with business teams in Ireland and the US to execute New Product launch assets online, on time and free of error. Ongoing optimisation of Product Information architecture, site navigation, onsite search and user journeys. Maintain quality and accuracy of static content pages. Create and test website promotions. Support Customer Care in maintaining effective, efficient responses to customer inquiries. Insights & Analysis. Drive Sales and Performance KPIs to hit ambitious targets. Prepare weekly and monthly reports into SKU, Category and brand-level performance. Analyse customer behaviour and sales, to better understand customer journeys and sales drivers and identify merch/ promo opportunities. Bring new Digital and Merchandising ideas and insights to help build our platforms for the future. Spend time on competitor websites to provide ongoing benchmarking and industry temperature-check. Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS. Highly numerate, with previous experience of Sales reporting. Digital native, with propensity to buy online. Demonstrable knowledge of eCommerce landscape and online retail. Interest or background in consumer electronics a plus. Natural collaborator, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a wide range of internal departments. Proactive, confident self-starter with positive energy, customer-oriented attitude and excellent multitasking ability. Highly organized with an attention to detail that is comfortable in the depths of SKU and stock level managements. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar. 2+ years’ experience in a product merchandising role, with eCommerce experience preferred. Intermediate-level Excel and above. Magento or other ecommerce CMS experience. Advanced analytics skills - Google Analytics/ other web analytics experience a plus.
