Position Summary : The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting all HR activities throughout the entire employment life-cycle from recruiting, onboarding, orientation, development and termination. The HR Generalist will be a pro-active partner in all site activities including org design, workforce planning and leadership development. Additionally, the HR Generalist takes full ownership for data integrity within HRIS for the international business. The Human Resources Generalist will promote and support a positive employee experience and foster an environment of open communication and trust. Main Responsibilities: Partnering with leaders on staffing / recruiting needs including review of org design, job descriptions, etc. Conduct all pre-screening, interviewing and other recruiting tasks. Onboarding, including sending offers, reference checking, orientation and benefits enrolment. Responsible for all data entry within HRIS platform. Responsible for accuracy of data and employment documents. Develop and update human resource policies and procedures as necessary. Provide support and coaching to business leaders and employees on HR activities. Manage Company Healthcare and Pension plans. Work in collaboration with the global HR team to ensure strategy, policies and procedures are aligned globally. Support a continuous feedback performance model. Responsible for HR local internal audit compliance and reporting. Be an advocate for the employees. Reporting to: General Manager. Required skills. Third Level Qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist or similar role. Previous experience working in an international organisation. Solid understanding of HR functional areas and practices. Computer proficiency, competent in Microsoft Office. Proven working knowledge of employment law, compliance and regulations. Good judgment and problem- solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organisation. Must have a history of executing key HR initiatives.
