Digital Marketing Manager. Limerick/Clare/Tipperary. Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to digitally transform their operations. The successful candidates will support the Marketing Managers and the overall Commercial team in the development, execution and delivery of a Digital Transformation Strategy. He/she will balance the immediate operational demands of their day-to-day business as well as steer their digital transformation through the deployment phases of their transformation programme. Duties include: Define and lead digital transformation strategy in order to deliver best in class customer experience, increased business efficiencies and business opportunities. Be the Digital authority and create a culture of digital. Use market research and data insights to identify key needs and pain points within the existing customer journey. Create informed recommendations for change. Responsible for e-commerce activity. Lead projects already in the pipeline and deliver a pipeline of consistent improvements over time. Ensure effective project planning, governance and prioritisation is in place. Delivery against all KPIs, to meet the brand and business objectives. Focus on driving customer acquisition, satisfaction and loyalty. Skills/Qualifications: BA/BS degree preferred (Marketing background desired. 3-5 years' proven experience within Digital marketing at a senior level in a fast-paced commercial environment. Experience of working directly in a digital transformation project as part of a broader business transformation will be a distinct advantage. Overseeing the redevelopment and transformation of websites. Proven ability to grow brands, deliver on marketing strategies. Deliver increased and profitable customer acquisition. Ability to demonstrate a content led marketing approach. Experience and knowledge of ecommerce channels. Have demonstrable stakeholder management skills, Nurturing strong relationships to ensure an overarching and collaborative delivery of the digital transformation.
