An experienced NPI Engineer is required by Careerwise Recruitment for our Clare based medical device manufacturing client. THE ROLE: * Development, tracking and execution of manufacturing NPI project plans, ensuring plans meet with R&D and commercial launch requirements (both first clinical use and full manufacturing launch), on time and within budget. * Assist with the development of NPI budgets. * Work with local manufacturing and planning to ensure that NPI activities are captured within the local S&OP process. * Development of capacity plans, understand constraints, develop capital plans where appropriate. * Work with development to ensure that development requirements are met such as validation and verification sample requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Project Management Skills including Presentation Skills are essential. * Experience of Medical Device Directive and design control procedures are advantageous. * Experience in manufacturing processes such as machining, 3d Printing, polishing, cleaning, packaging are advantageous.
