Assistant Store Manager Ennis Co Clare €22k + Competitive bonus. Seeking a fashion Retail Assistant Store Manager based in Ennis Co. Clare. This role is for a strong commercial Assistant Manager who can demonstrate very strong leadership skills. This is an amazing opportunity with a very well-established Retailer. Job Requirements. As the Assistant Manager you will be responsible along with the store manager for running of the store and ensure a high delivery performance and standard rate. You will work closely and have knowledge of important KPI’s to maintain and drive a team to deliver excellent customer service. Our client is seeking dynamic managers who can communicate the importance of driving sales and deliver excellent customer service. You must be able to demonstrator leadership ability who can take initiative to take on a challenge and solve problems.
