What you need to know. You will work as a Retail Stores Financial Accountant for our client, a highly successful Agricultural provider company in Tipperary . As a Retail Stores Financial Accountant , you will be support financial decision-making information by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data to the Divisional Finance Manager. This is a permanent job. Your new job. Gather and monitor financial data and Prepare monthly annual statements and accounts. Monthly accounts review meetings which will include balance sheet reconciliations, stock reviews and other various projects. Manage credit control for the division. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies. Understand and adhere to all financial and accounting regulations and legislation. You will deal with Aged Debt and collection. Responds to financial enquiries by gathering, analysing, summarising, and interpreting data. Accomplish finance and organisation mission by completing related results as needed. You will manage sales reps and their Customers Aged Balance listing. You will be responsible for the supervision of other employees. Key duties & responsibilities: What are we looking for? A minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Financial Accountant working in an agricultural business sector or industry. Ideally a qualified accountant or part qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA. Good communications skills and be able to successfully lead a team, should also be able to pick issues up quickly have a high degree of problem solving.
