My Client, who is based in Co, Clare is currently recruiting for a Full Time Duty Manager in a beautiful 3 star hotel in the west of Ireland. The successful candidate must: be available to work both weekend and evening shifts. Ability to work own their own initiative and be proactive. be Trustworthy and reliable. Have a minimum of two years' experience in Hospitality Management - Willing to consider an exceptionally strong supervisor who is looking for career progression. be proficient in Microsoft excel and word. A working knowledge of Hotsoft and a Hospitality qualification is desired but not essential. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager. The main roles and responsibilities include: Staff management and training. Ensure all staff follow the health and safety procedures in place. Ensure the smooth daily operation of the hotel. Pro-actively working to minimize complaints. Handle any complaints efficiently and professionally. Ensure any financial discrepancies are reported to senior management. Liaise with all departments ensuring the highest level of customer experience is attained. Participate in stock checks. Benefits to look forward to: Onsite parking is provided.
