An Assistant Financail Accountant is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Clare multinational based client for a 12 month contract. Super multinational and role would suit part-qualified or finalist financial accountant with multinational experience in payroll and AR. THE ROLE: * Manage Inter-company AR function, including Interco eliminations. * Responsible for Payroll 500. * Month end Reporting Procedures - accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and analysis of balance sheet accounts. * Concur Travel Expense Super-user. * Preparation of external reports such as - Intrastat, Revenue returns etc. * Preparation of various reports & analysis to ensure a prompt month-end close & to assist the Financial Accounting Manager in the completion of monthly, quarterly & annual packs for Corporate / Internal & External Auditors. REQUIREMENTS: * Finalist or Part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA. * Strong General Ledger and sub-ledger experience. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Core Pay & SAP experience a distinct advantage. * Large company experience essentila preferably multinational. * Able to work on own initiative, with minimum supervision, in a busy dynamic environment.
