Preparing produce and presenting a variety of dishes to the highest standard and quality and take pride in their work. Have a thorough understanding of and commitment to HACCP and kitchen hygiene. Be able to develop and suggest ideas for potential new menu items. Easily work on own initiative and as part of a team. Have a strong work ethic and customer focus. Must have 3 years experience in a similar role. You must have current legal status to work in Ireland - Work Permits are not available for Chef positions. Fluent English – oral and written. Benefits.
