We are now entering a period of further growth and we are seeking to hire for a number of key roles within the team. 3 x Sales / New Business Development Manager Roles. We currently require three Sales/New Business Development Managers to join our Field Sales Team. These 3 senior roles will be based in the following territories: Galway / Clare. Limerick. Tipperary . Each role will report to the Sales Manager based at our Limerick office. These roles will focus on building on our existing strong customer base in their respective areas together with a focus on new business and key-account development. The successful candidate(s) must have: Experience of growing a customer base, while extending the product range to existing customers, preferably in the Catering/Food sector. Excellent customer focus, strong communication skills and ability to build rapport; The ability to manage the commercial performance of their territory; Proven track record in identifying and winning new business, sales development and promotion of new product lines; Ability to negotiate, with a results focused mind-set and working to KPI’s; Excellent personal organisation, time management and planning skills; Energy and commitment to succeed in a dynamic and fast paced environment with “can do” attitude; A full, clean driving licence.
