A HR Generalist working part-time is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Mid-West based manufacturing client for a permanent role Our client envisages approx 20 hrs a week. Would suit an experienced HR Generalist whose current work /life balance would suit these hours. THE ROLE: * Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business, act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the company. * Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law and ensure managers are up to date with any changes. * Work with senior managers, coaching and advising them on all people issues. * Manage the process of sourcing and selection of talent across the company. * Work with the business to ensure that the highest possible standards are being achieved in the application of the performance management process, personal development plans and training programs. * Assume responsibility for the effective resolution of any employee relations issues. * Drive employee engagement programmes. * Ownership for the delivery of key HR projects/initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree qualified possibly with a CIPD qualification. * Manafucturing experience an advantage. * Godd knowledge of employment legislation. * 5-8 years HR generalist experience.
