ERP Project Manager. Permanent. Clare or Dublin. Opportunity for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join a Global operation as a key driver of technology adoption and enhancement throughout the business. You will take ownership of the ERP project from supplier identification, evaluation, implementation, go-live preparation and transition, system support and ensuring business derives maximum value. The candidate will need to balance activities from the Centre of Excellence in Ennis as well as work with the chosen supplier at their location. My client also has office facilities in Dublin. Key Duties and Responsibilities. Manage ERP software implementation project, take the lead in discovery, analysis, scoring and evaluation of suppliers, solution design and deployment phases. Document business requirements and functional specifications. Understand client and user system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary. Manage scope, budget and timing of ERP implementation. Develop in-depth understanding of ERP capacity to deliver Business Intelligence including data infrastructure and data dictionary. Identify and manage the external partner chosen to implement the ERP solution. Direct and motivate the project resources involved in the project at different times. Oversee data cleanse and migration. Resolve project issues from employees and the vendor. The candidate: A high calibre qualified project manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience with ERP system implementation experience. Ability to identify user requirements and translate into functional and technical specifications. Confident self-starter with the ability to act on own initiative and meet challenging deadlines. High levels of energy and motivation, with a track record of delivery. Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills required.
